Positive outcome in their Hounslow branch. Rails now have more space to move around the store. It’s still not perfect and plenty of room for improvement.
Extremely positive outcome. Met with the Customer Services manager at their Twickenham store. Changes had already been made when I visited.
Meeting Caroline in our Twickenham store was incredibly valuable, listening to her feedback about her own experiences with accessibility has helped us to see what shopping with us is like from her perspective. Since our meeting, we've been looking at the positive changes that can be made to ensure that the shopping experience is as accessible as possible for all of our customers.
I visited the store after being told the changes had been made but I noticed an old fashioned winged armchair almost in the doorway. I haven't managed to get back to Kingston to check again.

9/11/18 - Unfortunately, I've had to contact Bon Marche a second time regarding exactly the same issues, only this time it's their Staines branch. Store jammed packed with clothes rails and the only mirror they had on the shop floor was being covered by a clothes rail. Will keep you posted.
Customer Service at McDonalds is non existent. I have made numerous attempts at getting a reply to my initial complaint about accessibility and the way I was treated y one of their staff and nothing, except for an email asking me to rate the support I received? Errmm I'm still waiting for that support!!!
